Performed Fall Maintenence on HO unit. Furnace is heating as intended. All Furnace safties are operating properly as well.

Found filter bent up and making a noise from air passing around it- replaced filter and noise stopped. Spokenabput duct clean. Sending estimate for silver packaged duct clean.

426 has existing and functioning thermostat. Replaced wifi thermostat for 310. Installed new wifi thermostat in 416.

Upon arrival customer stated unit was blowing air but not cold air. Checked the capacitor which was below the intended threshold. Used a new capacitor to verify operation. Compressor does come on however the mechanism inside the compressor has broken and is not compressing refrigerant. Customer would like us to talk Carrier to get payment covered as this is the second compressor

Both units are operating properly at this time. No mechanical issue located systems are ready for winter use

Inspected the cooling system Found the fan in the on position Reviewed with customer about leaving the fan on auto to dehumidify the home Checked the charge and recorded operation Reviewed with the customer to leave the a/c on and just set the temperature back The system is now cooling properly

Arrived to a full drain pan. Drain pan is capped off with no drain line ran to it. Removed water with a vacuum. Cut into primary drain line to blow it out. Undid the union on the secondary drain and blew it out as well. Water should now drain as intended. System does have 2 float switches that should prevent water overflow. Tested both of these and found them faulty. Recommendation is to replace the float switches.

Repaired wiring on condenser. Wiring had become brittle and broke apart. Reconnected wiring and system is operational at this time

Cleaned evaporator coil. Sprayed down coil with cleaning solution that foams. Coil is now clean and operating as intended.

Replaced rusted out flue pipe with new flue pipe. System Heat will no properly vent.

Cleaned all ducts and registers. Sprayed mold control and fogged duct System. System is operational at this time.

Inspected system upon arrival. Water damage to the ceiling. Discovered evaporator coil when I arrived. Discovered a clogged drain line. Inspected condenser to verify pressures. Pressures are low at this time. Ran leak detector across all possible areas for leaks. Discovered leak in the evaporator coil. Recommend replacing the evaporator and Condenser at this time as it is a R22 system.

Inspected furnace to ensure proper heating and operation. Furnace is heating properly at this time and all safties are operating as intended. Did inform HO of a dirty evaporator coil and recommened having it cleaned. Customer has several recommendations and will reach back out when he is readyto proceed.

Air Conditioning System Leak Repair: The client’s AC was underperforming due to a suspected refrigerant leak. I identified the leak at the compressor fitting, sealed it, and recharged the system, ensuring efficient cooling performance.

Heating System Repairs: A client reported their heating unit wasn’t warming up their home sufficiently. I inspected the unit and found a loose fan belt, which was impacting the blower's function. I tightened and aligned the belt, improving airflow and heating performance.

Air Conditioning System Repair Service: The client noticed that their AC system was experiencing frequent shutdowns. After inspection, I discovered that the thermostat wiring had loosened, causing connectivity issues. I secured the wiring and retested the system, restoring stable operation.

HVAC Repair Service Call: During a routine inspection, I identified a malfunctioning economizer damper, affecting the HVAC system's ventilation. I repaired the damper, optimizing airflow and increasing the system's energy efficiency for the colder months.

HVAC System Repairs: The client reported inadequate heating in their home as autumn began. Upon inspection, I found a clogged air filter blocking airflow. I replaced the filter with a high-efficiency model, restoring consistent airflow and ensuring reliable heating for the season.

Identified OD fan motor running in reverse. Capacitor has lost its charge. Replaced capacitor fan motor is now running as intended. Recommended chemical wash for this system as it is severely dirty. Will schedule.

Referred Tommy/Electrician to have high voltage ran to the unit. Customer will follow up with us once high voltage is ran.
