Reclaimed old refrigerant pulled out grounded compressor and old filter drier. Installed new filter drier and new compressor. Pulled vacuum on new compressor. Unit took 6 lbs of 410a

Performed inspection rinsed off the condenser Tested system operation Sent quote for air purifier and media filter cabinet Evap coil is leaking and will need to be replaced soon
Circuit breaker to the condenser has been tripping. Shut off power and tested the compressor. Compressor has failed at this time and is the cause for the breaker to continously trip. Will confirm warranty and quote repair options.
Performed Summer Maintenance, verified pressures, blew out drain lines and washed of the outside condensers. Systems are performing as intended.
Dianosed a bad capacitor.Replaced capacitor and flush drain line Checked delta t is at 19 degrees .System is performing properly at the moment. Reccomend replacing media filter.
Performed Spring Maintenance on BOTH of HO units. Downstairs Unit is operating as intended and is in good condition. Do recommend a condenser cleaning before summer hits. Upstairs unit has gone out. The compressor is tripping the breaker. Upon inspection I discovered open winding on the compressor indicating it has gone out.
Charged both systems and informed home owner of possible leak. Leak check declined at this time. If system starts to not cool again will want leak check. Cleaned condenser coil and removed dirt. Systems both cooling right at this time.
Primary and secondary drain lines backed up. Cleared out both and verified proper drainage
Duel run cap was out when I got here and fan motor not rotating. Customer was also low on refrigerant. Opted to go for the cooling now option and added 7 lbs of refrigerant.
Performed system maintenance on 2 system house. Inspected evaporator coil and drain line. Checked blower and air flow. Inspected condenser coil. Checked capacitor and contactor. Checked pressures and amp draws. Upstairs system has had freon problems before but seems to be holding enough pressure at this time. Washed condenser. System running normal at this time.
