Performed Fall Maintenence on HO system. Inspected all Furnace safties which are operating as intended. Furnace is also heating properly at this time. Recommending a Duct Cleaning Service and a Air Purification System at this time.

Found the thermostat and furnace are in need of being replaced Furnace is original to home 2001

Inspected BOTH systems. Tested both furnaces system safties. Both systems safties are operating as intended. Both furnaces also heat as intended. Did discuss duct Cleaning with the Home owners. Very interested but have other projects going at the moment and would like to do the duct cleanings in the future.

Customer stated heat would not run. Upon arrival I inspected the control board for error codes. Control Board presented itself with no errors and showed normal operation. Shut off the system and began testing. Once I restarted the system heat began running. Ran the system through 3 heat cycles to ensure operation. Informed customer and offered our PPM to which the customer agreed. Did inform thr customer about the age of the Furnace.

Customer stated hia daughters room is getting a little warmer then the rest of the house. Recommend installing hand damper on 9 inch duct going to that room.

Performed fall maintenence for both units. Upon arrival customer stated that the upstairs unit would continue to blow even when there was no call for air conditioning. Inspected unit and discovered the fan function on the thermostat to be on. Informed HO. Both furnaces are properly heating at this time and the safties for each furnace operate as intended as well. Did recommend replacing the upstairs furnace however that was declined at this time.

Unit is operating properly at this time no mechanical issue located system is ready for winter use.

Performed Gold Duct Cleaning service as well as the Fall Maintenence. Duct System is now clean and fogged with sanitizer. Heating is working appropriately at well.

Inspected coil with electronic leak detector. Detected leak in the evaporator coil. Will quote out recommendation.

Plenum was leaking water, upon inspection I discovered the evaporator coil to be frozen, proceeded to the condenser to verify pressures and discovered the system to be severely low on refrigerant. Unable to identify a leak or oil stains on the condenser. Left unit off for now to dethaw all the ice on the evaporator coil. Will build a quote to replace system and return to verify leak on the evaporator coil.
