Job Locations and Reviews
Tested both upstairs and downstairs heater- both system are operating properly at this time. Units are ready for winter use
Customer has biological growth all over the ductwork Recommend having a mold expert test the growth
Installed soft start kit. Checked amps . System is performing properly at the moment.
System is low in charge. Checked pressures and delta t. System has an evaporator coil leak.Reccomend replacing evaporator coil .
Performed tune up.Checked components amp draw and pressures.Flushed drain line and cleaned condenser unit .System is performing properly.
Installed new DATS Sensor and removed the existing DATS Sensor. Tested system operation, system is performing as intended.
Discovered zone board to have a bad dats sensor which interrupted the cooling. Will quote to replace. System is cooling at this time with a supply temp of 59°
Customer stated thermostat was blank after last night's storm. Upon diagnosis I inspected low voltage and 5 amp fuse all of which are in the proper condition and range. Reset Furnace and power to the board and unit is operational at this time. Customer also stated they lost power last night as well.
Performed tune up on both units. Both units are performing properly
Furnace door was not properly secured resulting in power supply being deactivated. Secured door properly. Power is restored and unit is operating as intended.
Performed Spring Maintenance on BOTH of HO units. Both units its are operating as intended. Did replace both units capacitors as they were both out of the intended range.
Customer stated they called for heat at 7:40am and unit did not start heating till 11am. Customer informed me unit was heating before I headed that way. Upon inspection of unit, discovered it to be a heat pump. After checking the charge on the unit and confirming it to be in the intended range. I found the supplemental heat kit inoperative. Recommend replacing.
Performed Furnace maintenance on both of the customers units. Both units safties are operating as intended. Both units from 2020 and are still in great shape. Recommending ProPlan Maintenence for both units as well as recommending media filters and dust frees for both units.
Performed Furnace Saftey Inspection on both units. All Furnace safties operating as intended. Discovered upstairs furnace door switch to be faulty and recommend replacing. Customer has 2 uv light systems in the home which both lamps have gone out, reommend replacing.
Replaced warranty control board. Tested system at unit. Checked all safties and operation. Checked operation at thermostat. System heating at this time.
Found only 6.7 volts to gas valve. Jumped out gas valve to verify gas valve operation. System has bad control board. Advised customer via phone. Will send est via email he will approve and we can order board.
Heating tune up for 2 system house. Heat running great no issues at this time.
Said there was humidity in cleaning closet below stairs and under upstairs sink. Both systems cooling fine. No supply vent in closet (not possible to put one).
Replaced ECM blower motor for downstairs system. Verified operation. No other issues found.
Slight water condensation underneath coil. Sealed it up. Causing drain pan to fill up due to improper slope of drain pan, fixed that issue. Float switch tied to condenser intermittently turning cooling off. 20 degree temp, pressures look good, no water leaking from coil at this time.
Replaced capacitor on down stairs unit. Hooked up gauges and pressures looked good. Customer wants to renew PPM

Possible backup in primary drain line as well as coil stopped ever so slightly improperly. Blew out drain lines as well as re sloped coil properly.
Found primary drain clogged. Cleared drain line and checked for proper draining. System ok at this time.
