Performed Fall Maintenence for HO system. Inspected furnace and furnace safties. All Furnace safties are operating as intended at this time. Furnace is heating properly at this time as well. Discussed Duct Cleaning service with the HO. He was interested and would like to take some time to think it over.

Gas meter is currently disconnected due to work being done at this location. Was able to inspect the upstairs system as it is a heat pump with electric heat. Upstairs system is operating as intended and all safties are functioning properly. Will return today to change filters and do the condenser coil cleanings.

Set furnace fan speed higher, verified all dampers to be functioning properly.

Found no mechanical issue normal amp draw and voltage. May need Electriction out if it happens again.

Customer states fuses were blowing even after replacing fuse. Arrived and began diagnosis, discovered low voltage short to be at the thermostat terminals. Rewired thermostat and turned system heat on. System is now operating and heating properly at this time.

Relocated Dryer Boxer and vent into the existing roof jack. Please contact us once Bathroom fans are installed so we can connect the exhaust.

Customer heating would work but not the cooling. Inspected the entire system and determined no issues with the equipment. Discovered the EcoBee Thermostat to have its location set somewhere north. This made the thermostat believe it was 26°F outside and enable a saftey to prevent the compressor from running at low temperatures. Location is now set correctly. System is now cooling.
