Customer stated unit was not cooling last night and shut unit down till my arrival. Upon arrival and turning on the system, I discovered a SAK-60 Load Management Module for the Generac that has a 9 min time delay whenever it senses the generator come on. The unit itself is operating as intended. Pressures are within the intended range and do not suspect a leak based off my visit today. However there is previous history indicating a leak from other service companies.
Customer stated condenser would not come on. Upon diagnosis discovered condenser control wire to have broken. Do a temporary repair and will quote out a permanent fix.
Found 3 gas leaks at the sediment trap all new to install. Tightened up all gas pipe and rechecked for leaks. No more leaks system OK at this time.
Yearly check up. Noise described was not happening. I can only assume it was the condenser fan motor. Told customer to take a video of it happening if it happened again as amps were fine and blade spinning normally. She said it happened during the hot part of the day.
Checked pressures for system low on charge. Leak checked coil found leak in aluminum coil
