Flushed the drain line .Customer is aware of a broken drain line running through the wall. Hes concern of the drain line valve is closed to prevent water flowing through the drain line and into the wall Reccomend rerouting drain lines as soon as possible. Also hes aware system has no safety switches to prevent water overflowing rhe drain pan.

To mitigate this issue, we installed additional insulation on the refrigerant suction lines, minimizing energy losses and optimizing system performance.
HVAC System Repair Service: Diagnosing an unusual noise in an AC unit, I identified misaligned pulleys as the culprit. A meticulous adjustment of the pulleys restored smooth operation and reduced strain on the system, ensuring optimal functionality.
Furnace Repair and Maintenance: Responding to a homeowner's complaint about a peculiar odor from their furnace, our inspection revealed a dirty and clogged burner assembly as the root cause. Taking decisive action, we performed a meticulous cleaning and realignment of the burner assembly, completely eliminating the odor issue. The furnace was expertly restored to optimal working condition, delivering clean and odor-free warmth. Additionally, we emphasized to the homeowner the importance of regular furnace maintenance to ensure prolonged efficiency and performance.

The examination revealed a malfunctioning temperature sensor as the culprit. Swiftly replacing the faulty sensor with a new, reliable component, I ensured the heat pump could accurately regulate temperature and operate efficiently. Following thorough testing to confirm the restored functionality, I discussed maintenance plans with the homeowner, offering a proactive approach to system longevity and continued efficiency.
