Upon inspection of the unit i discovered the disconnect switch on the roof to be set to off. Noticed almost all HVAC systems disconnect to be set to off. Once I reestablish power to the system the system ran as intended. System is now cooling at this time. Checked Delta T which is 22.

Checked the heating and cooling system per inspection report Found the thermostat had failed And the emergency a/c Drain pan needed to be replaced Took delta t readings for the heating and cooling after replacing the thermostat and the emergency drain pan The a/c and the heater are now functioning properly Pictures are attached

Quoted several options for new HVAC Systems for this home. Customer will take some time to go over his estimates.

Replace 115v universal blower motor

Unit is operating properly at this time no mechanical issue located

Performed fall maintenence on HO system. Furnace is operating as intended and all safties are functioning properly. Encountered no issues at the time of visit.

Performed Fall Maintenence on BOTH units. Tested heatinf safties which are operating as intended. Both Heaters are operating as intended and have proper amp draw.

Carrier Condenser 4 ton

Inspected furnace system. All Furnace safties are working as intended. Furnace is also heating properly. Did replace faulty DATS Sensor with HO approval. Damper motors still need to be replaced and the customer is aware.

Corrected communicating wiring and grounded out loose wires. Verified proper DC voltage at all boards. System is properly communicating at this time.

Heating System Repairs: A client’s heating system was making unusual noises. I discovered that the blower assembly had loosened over time. After securing and adjusting the assembly, I tested the system to ensure quiet, consistent operation.

HVAC System Repairs: The client experienced heating issues as temperatures dropped. After inspecting the system, I found that the blower motor capacitor was failing. I replaced the capacitor, restoring the system's heating performance.

Autumntime Heating Tune-Up Service: As autumn temperatures dropped, the client scheduled a seasonal tune-up for their heating system. I inspected the furnace, cleaned the burner assembly, and checked all safety controls. I also calibrated the thermostat for accurate temperature readings and tested the ignition system to ensure reliable starts in cold weather. The system was optimized to provide consistent warmth throughout the home, helping the client prepare for the winter months.

Indoor Air Purification System Repair: The client’s UV air purification system was not functioning correctly. I inspected and found the ballast had failed. After replacing it, I tested the system to ensure it was effectively filtering the air, promoting a healthier indoor environment.

Heating System Repair: A client reported intermittent heating. I discovered that the thermostat had a faulty sensor, causing it to misread room temperatures. After replacing the sensor and recalibrating the thermostat, the system was delivering even warmth across all areas of the home.

Both system are heating great no mechanical issue located

Found blower motor seized up. Sending estimates for replacement

76- loss of communication error. Verified wiring was ran correctly. Verified high voltage to the proper units. Called Daikin Tech Support to support my findings. Changed dip switches on the Condensing unit board. System is not displaying loss of communications any longer. Performed fall maintenence as well. Furnace safties are operating as intended. Furnace is also heating as intended.

Both upstairs and downstairs systems are operating great. units are ready for winter use both filters were changed per customer.

Found compressor tripping breaker Sent estimate for replacement of compressor and replacement of condenser and coil

Performed fall maintenence on BOTH of HO units. Both systems furnace is performing as intended. All Furnace safties functioning properly as well. Did discover a dirty return plenum. Also addressed the HO concerns over his gaming room that his having a buildup of biological growth due to an infiltration in the duct system. Discovered the infiltration to be coming from the return register in the gaming room that is not sealed to the ceiling. This is allowing hot attic air into the air condition spaced causing this biological growth build up. Recommend sealing that register and also recommened our duct cleaning services.

Performed fall maintenence on BOTH of HO units. Both systems are performing as intended. All Furnace safties are also operating as intended. Did discovered the downstairs system to have a dirty coil and dirty duct work. Recommened the DuctWork Cleaning Silver. Customer is currently doing home renovations and will call once he finishes to schedule.

Performed fall maintenence for all three units. Units are performing as intended. All Furnace safties operating as intended as well. Replaced 2 aprilair filters that we supplied and 1 media filter that the customer supplied. Did advise customer of the upcoming renewal.
