Wintertime Heating System Tune-Up: A homeowner requested a performance boost for their heating system. I performed a detailed inspection of the furnace, thoroughly cleaning components, lubricating moving parts, and checking for any early signs of wear or malfunction. Performed Fall Pro Plan Maintenance for BOTH of HO systems. Inspected both furnaces systems safties which are operating as intended. Both furnaces are also heating as intended at this time. Replaced both systems media filters as well. Recommend having system checked before summer begins.
Downstairs furnace control board tripped a pressure switch code. After inspection I discovered the inducer fan motor to be clogged up as well as severely rusty. Removed and cleaned inducer fan motor then reinstalled. Tested system several times to ensure operation. System is now heating. Do recommend replacing both furnaces and Evaporator coils at this time. Downstairs HVAC Equipment age: Furnace 1983, Evaporator Coil 2015, Condenser 2023. Upstairs HVAC Equipment age: Furnace 1983, Evaporator Coil 2008, Condenser 2023.
Inspected furnace system. Verified all Furnace safties to be operating properly. Clean off flame sensor, cleared pressure ports hoses, verified all electrical connections to be connected and operating properly. System is heating properly at this time. Did notice a build of of dust and debris in the duct System. Recommend choosing one of our Duct Cleaning Services. Customer has agreed to the Gold Duct Cleaning service and would like it to be done Dec 30th.
No mechanical issue located system is ready for winter use.
Replaced DATS Sensor on Lennox Harmony III zone board. System is now heating properly. Tested all zone dampers and configured zoning to provide more airflow to the upstairs. Dampers are operating properly at this time.

Emergency Heating Repairs: A homeowner experiencing a sudden heating failure called for immediate assistance. Upon investigation, I found that a damaged gas valve was blocking proper gas flow. I replaced the valve promptly, restoring the furnace to full functionality. This fast and precise repair ensured the home remained warm and comfortable, providing peace of mind to the client.
Upon arrival I discovered the Lennox III Harmony Zone Board to have a code indicating the DATS Sensor had reached 160°F. DATS Sensor was inserted all the way in for the cooling season. Retracted the dats sensor and verified temperature. System is now heating properly and the zone board is not have that code display any longer.
Upon arrival I discovered the system to be locked out due to not sensing any flame. During my inspection I noticed the gas valve on the outside of the Furnace to have been shut off. Informed the customers of the issue and asked if I could reestablish gas. Permission was given and gas is now on. Furnace now operates as intended.
Upon inspection of the unit i discovered the disconnect switch on the roof to be set to off. Noticed almost all HVAC systems disconnect to be set to off. Once I reestablish power to the system the system ran as intended. System is now cooling at this time. Checked Delta T which is 22.
Checked the heating and cooling system per inspection report Found the thermostat had failed And the emergency a/c Drain pan needed to be replaced Took delta t readings for the heating and cooling after replacing the thermostat and the emergency drain pan The a/c and the heater are now functioning properly Pictures are attached
Quoted several options for new HVAC Systems for this home. Customer will take some time to go over his estimates.

Performed fall maintenence on HO system. Furnace is operating as intended and all safties are functioning properly. Encountered no issues at the time of visit.
Performed Fall Maintenence on BOTH units. Tested heatinf safties which are operating as intended. Both Heaters are operating as intended and have proper amp draw.
