Found drain pain full of water. Unclogged main drain line and drain pan and system is now cooling.
Performed fall maintenence for BOTH of HO systems. Both systems performed as intended. All Furnace safties operating as intended as well. Did notice distinct smell once heating came on throught the upstairs area. Recommended Duct Cleaning at this time clean and santize the duct work.

Customer is hearing the compressor turning on and off, Amps are good High voltage is good Pressure are good. There are no mechanical issues at this time.
Installed new 50 amp fused disconnect
Disconnect is melting needs to be replaced
High limit switch was tripped because the fan blade couldn't spin and the compressor kept running, building pressure. Reset limit switch and system is now running. It is 96 degrees inside home
Replaced damaged fan motor and fan blade
Removed existing carrier condenser and evaporator coil Installed new Goodman condenser and evaporator coil single stage Installed new ecobee thermostat and performed the factory start up
Bad fan motor, Condenser control board, and thermostat needs to be replaced. Quoted several options for repairs and replacement. HO will contact us tomorrow morning.
Diagnosed a faulty furnance control board not sending signal to the system. Will call customer to give an estimate on replacing control board as soon as we hear back from manufacturer Carrier.
Customer stated unit would not turn on. Upon arrival discovered the float switch to have set off dye to a clogged drain line. Was able to blow the drain line out and restore system functionality. Will invoice for the after hours dispatch charge and blowing out the drain line.
Customer stated unit it would not stay on or cooling after reseting the power several times. Upon arrival I discovered the condenser board displaying a fault code of low thermal cut out. Tested capacitor and discovered capacitor to have failed. Replaced capacitor with HO approval and restarted unit. Unit is cooling at this time with a supply temp of 65°
Performed tune up on both units. Checked components and pressures.Systems are performing properly at the moment. Reccomend float switches on each unit.
Upon arrival i discovered blower motor to inoperable, unit had frozen from the Compressor to the coil. Diagnosisef blower motor, which had burnt up. Recommend replacing Furnace as it is outside of its warranty. Will quote for blower motor and furnace replacement. Work will be done once part has arrived after ordering Monday morning. Contact HO once part is ordered.
Repaired leak and recharge 9 pounds 407 c
Will let golden no finding
Readjusted vent pipe. And checked clearance from duct to vent pipe. Tried to move security cables too taunt advised home owner. There was a pre existing problem with unit per home owner.
Replaced section of vent pipe and reinstalled.
Drain lines were clogged and float switch had unit cut off. Blew out the drains corrected some low voltage wiring and checked system. Everything running at this time.
