Job Locations and Reviews
Installation of new system. System installed and now operating.
Customer stated system is blowing air but not cold air. Inspected furnace and Evaporator Coil first. Furnace is operating as intended. Evaporator Coil does have some ice build up. Supply cooling temperature is lower than intended. Inspected compressor and discovered low refrigerant pressures. Began inspecting hvac system for a leak and discovered a leak on the Condensing coils. Will make several recommendations.
Performed tune up on system . Diagnosed water inside drain pan. Primary drain line was clogged.Installed shut off valve and flushed drain line.Checked pressures and components amp draw. Checked delta t. System was low in charge .Charged the system to the proper level. System is performing properly at the moment.Customer signed up for membership..
