Unitnis operating great no mechanical issues located
Unit is operating properly at this time no mechanical issue located. System is ready for winter use.
Upon arrival discovered condenser to be running despite not having a call for cool. Identified the contactor to be seized together. Recommended replacing contactor at this time. Customer agreed to repairs and contactor was replaced. System is now running and cooling as intended.
Identified leak inside of the condenser. Recommended a repair. Recovered all refrigerant remaining. Evacuated system. Repaired leak in the condenser. Pulled vacuum and recharged unit. System is now cooling as intended.
Sent out estimate for replacement of 5ton system
Replacement of fan shroud
Upon arrival inspected furnace and coil to ensure operation. Fan was running on arrival with a call for cool however the condenser was not activating despite having power. Identified the capacitor to be out of charge. Replaced capacitor and system is now cooling as intended.
Sending estimate for min split installation for garage
Trane Mitisubishi System with Cassette AirHandler. Displayed P5 error code upon arrival. Code indicates full drain pan. Identified water pump that removes water from the system to have failed. Removed water that had currently built up in the system. Informed workers of the situation as well. Will confirm warranty and quote repair at that time.
Diagnosed loud noise coming from condenser fan motor. Need to replace condenser fan motor.Customer is interested in upgrading system since its a 20 yr old system. Gave customer options.
Blew out primary and secondary drain lines. Installed 2 way valve on primary drain line. Drain is now flowing as intended.
Customer stated there was a loud thumping noise coming from the attic. Believed it to be the unit. Performed Inspection to which everything checked out as intended. Aside from the previous known issues. System is unlevel at this time and recommend leveling it properly when the evaporator coil is changed out.
Removed existing gas system Installed new Daikin inverter system and completed the start up The system is now cooling well
HO states unit was no longer blowing cooling air. Upon inspection I discovered the compressor to have proper power but not operating as intended. After further testing of the compressor I can verify it has failed. Recommend replacing at this time. Have sent HO several options.
Performed tune up .Checked pressures and conponents amp draw. Cleaned condenser unit. System was low in charge.Charged system to the proper level. System is performing properly at the moment.Reccomend replacing media filter and installing float switch device.
Customer stated unit was blowing but not cooling. Discovered dual run capacitor to be blown. Replaced with a Turbo 200 and unit is now cooling at this time.
Checked pressures and delta t. System is performing properly.
Customer stated unit was blowing warm air. Upon arrival discovered the compressor inoperative. Began my diagnosis and determined the capacitor to be bad. Quoted for replacement. Customer will reach back out.
System installed, pictures attached to invoice.
Removed existing evaporator coil installed new evaporator coil recharged the system with 410 A Freon
Upon arrival began diagnosising the system. Discovered system to be operating as intended however the refrigerant charge is lower than intended. This loss of refrigerant indicates a leak in the system. Based off the testing I have determined the leak to be in the evaporator coil. Recommend replacing the evaporator coil. System was manufactured in 2006 and is out of warranty. Will quote several options.
Removed existing equipment and installed new Amana Complete Gas 3 Ton System performed the start up system is heating and cooling properly now tested heating and cooling 16x25x4 is the filter cabinet needs to be replaced by the home owner
HO stated unit was blowing warm air. Upon diagnosis I discovered frozen refrigerant lines and a low charge on the Condensing unit. Recommend replacing evaporator coil or replacing the system as it is out of warranty. HO has asked to be scheduled for the evaporator coil replacement.
Performed Spring Maintenance, tested system operation. System is low on refrigerant will quote for warranty replacement Evaporator coil. Also quoting 3lbs of R410A. All other aspects of system tested within the intended range.
