Performed Fall Maintenence on HO system. Furnace is heating as intended and discovered no issues to interrupt geating cycles. Verified all safties were in working order as well. Furnace is good to go for this winter season. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.

Found three high ceiling supply outlets sweating some times We recommend foam sealing the boxes from the top side If the doors or windows are left open the supply grills on the high ceiling can sweat
Drain line underneath the bathroom sink had become backed up from the ac and sink usage. Cut into line, ran a snake and vacuum as well as blowing it out. Drain is flowing at this time. Did quote a reroute for any further issues.
Upon arrival began diagnosis. Inspected all components before turning on the system to make sure everything is in working order. Customer also showed me the video he has of the compressor noise. Turned system on and she ran as intended. Was able to recreate the compressor noise due to the float switch. Blew out drain lines to ensure proper flow. Delta T of 18. System is operating as intended.
Performed tune up . Checked pressures and components amp draw. Checked delta t and cleaned condenser.System is performing properly at the moment..Water leaking through secondary drain line. Flushed drain line and cleaned drain pan .
Customer wanted several quotes for a new system. Gather information from exisisting system. Compiled 4 quotes for the Customer to look over. Set a call back for next Wednesday at 9am.
Diagnosed water inside drain pan . Primary drain line clogged.Reccomend flushing drain line . Customer denied sercice due to paying for service . Misinformed about being a member.
Installed 2 EWC Dampers for Daikin Fit system Tested zone dampers and they are operating as intended.
Install new warranty coil from Trane Recharged the system with Freon Now cooling properly
Installed unit.
Upon arrival I began my diagnosis and discovered the supply temperature to be higher than intended at 73°. Tested refrigerant pressures and discovered them to be well below the intended range. System has a leak in the evaporator coil at this time and will quote Monday morning for repairs or replacement upon confirmation of warranty.
Performed tune up .Checked components amp draw and pressures. Diagnosed a evaprator coil leak. Reccomend replacing evaporator coil .
Performed tune up. System is performing properly. Cleaned condenser unit. Recommend float switch device.

Primary drain lime clogged dripping out of secondary line. Cleaned out primary and verified proper function.
Low on refrigerant charge. Recommend replacing coil. Water washed coils real quick. Sending a quote for a coil replacement.
Checked all dampers. All open and close like they should. Checked static pressures and system pressures. Looks good. Found Dat sensor not wired correctly. Rewired Dat sensor. And checked system operation system is cooling at this time. Customer did mention they drop it down to 69 to 68 st night.
Zone 1 (downstairs zone) was wired incorrectly after coil install. Was staying shut when calling for cooling causing the system to freeze
Condenser/coil was frozen. Found the furnace on a medium fan speed as well as a slight under charge. Possibly due to installing warranty coil in October. Changed fan speed to a higher setting and charge it to a more ideal subcool
Upon arriving at the residence the home owner stated that they had gotten the unit to cooling again over night by doing what was shown before. Take the thermostat face plate off and reset it. After checking the back of the thermostat found residual of something. Cleaned the back and recommended replacement. Denied at this time. Also found blower run capacitor low on MFD. Replaced with new 10 MFD. Unit running properly at this time. May need thermostat if issue continues.
