Job Locations and Reviews
Arrived to perform diagnostics on Goodman unit. Discovered the breaker to be tripped. Began testing condenser to discover cause of tripped breaker. Identified compressor to be failing and causing the tripped breaker. Will confirm warranty for unit and send recommendations for repairs.
Upon arrival I discovered a tripped breaker to the Condensing unit. After resetting the breaker power was restored, was able to perform tests and diagnosis. Unit was cooling properly at 57°. As I was putting the system back together the junction box below the disconnect blew up. Recommend calling a electrician at this time.
Replaced outdoor ecm condenser fan motor. Turned everything on and is working correctly. Temp dropped couple of degrees in a few minutes and started cooling great.
Condenser fan motor is bad on bar ubit (middle condenser)
Install 3 Z-Wave thermostats by Honeywell.
